You can place orders online or simply call us at (909)923-6818 to place an order over the phone. Orders placed before 2:00 PM your local time are usually shipped the same day pending stock and payment approval. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Shipping Information:

Products are shipped from warehouses in California, Texas, and Georgia. With the standard UPS Ground shipping option, you will most likely receive your order within 1 to 3 business days for most states.

Returns and Refunds Policies:

We stand behind our products with a 100% money back guarantee. Products in its orignial condition, undecorated, can be returned for a full refund less the shipping charge, within 10 days of receipt. Simply call our friendly customer service department for a return authorization number.

• There is no restocking fee!
• Returns must be authorized by CapBargain.com.
• Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
• Shipping charge is not refundable.
• Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for refund credit to be processed.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can only be cancelled over the phone so we can verify the status of shipment real time.
• Blank Orders can only be cancelled before shipment, once shipped, the return policy applies.
• Custom decorated orders cannot be cancelled once they are approved and go into production.
