Lead Time: 7 - 10 days after customer approval.
Digitizing Fee: $8.00 per 1000 stitches, minimum charge $35.00 (One time set up fee)
Free digitizing up to 5,000 stitches per location with minimum order of 144 pieces of the same product and design.
Tape Editing Charge: $25.00 per design. Maximum up to 10,000 stitches.
3D Embroidery: Additional $2.75 per piece
Color Change Charge: $5.00 per color change on the same design when more than two color combinations are requested
Personalization: Additional $8.75 each per product and location. Maximum Size: 3 1/2" W x 1" H. Standard fonts only.

Custom Embroidery Quote Process

To obtain a detailed quote for embroidery order, please send an email to quote@capbargain.com. In the email, please be sure to include the following informations:

1) The style number and color of caps.
2) The quantity of each style and color.
3) A high resolution graphic picture of your logo. If you have already had your logo embroidered and have a digitized file of your logo, you may also attach that with your email.

Within 1 business day, you will receive a fully detailed quote with virtual sample images. The quote will give you a complete breakdown of the pricing, as well as a full description of what the final product will be.
